Many hire the first person that they read about in a newspaper or who a neighbor suggests is a good “”domestica”” or gardener, unfortunately that's just not the safe way to go.

As people find themselves in difficult times, they sometimes start stealing, taking small items or cash that most under better circumstances would not think of doing . You need to know who this person is, check their background, you need a police report to see if this person has ever had a history of any one of various work related problems.
